Small actions, like reading ten pages of a book or walking for fifteen minutes, might seem insignificant today. But over months and years, these efforts compound into remarkable results.
The most important step is to start. Don't wait for the "perfect" moment. Focus on building a routine that you can maintain even on your busiest days. Remember, your life today is the result of your habits from the past. Your life tomorrow will be the result of your habits
